Position: Webmaster

Job Summary: Maintain and update the Working Women’s Golf League (WWGL) website with information about the league as provided by members of the WWGL Board.

• Add new board member’s information and delete outgoing members.
• Publish invitation and registration information.
• Add/Update Sponsor logos on the website or link to their website.
• Publish current year tournament schedule.
• Archive prior year’s information.
• Publish banquet invitation.
• Publish WWGL end of year survey and results.
• Publish WWGL member’s year-to-date winnings when received from Treasurer.

• Publish tee times no later than Thursday evening before the next tournament.
• Publish previous tournament results.
• Update handicap information for each revision when received from the Handicap Chairperson.
• Link to rules for all tournaments.
• Publish tournament results and winnings when received from the Tournament Chairperson.

• Update the website as requested by the Board members.
• Facilitate payment for web server.
• Facilitate payment for domain name.
• Ensure domain name wwglonline.com is renewed as needed.

• Work closely with the WWGL President and other Board Members making sure the website is updated correctly.
• Suggest any changes that would make the website easier to access data.
