HELLO LADIES

Due to the overwhelming participation we get for tournaments, it has become necessary to make you all aware of the tournament sign-up deadlines.

Every effort will be made to honor all requests for specific tee times and playing partners for those individuals who have their names on the sign-up sheet (or notify Dorothy that they intend to play) A N D have paid the appropriate fee.
PLEASE do not sign up your friends unless you know they truly intend to play.

Tournament checks must be received by Dorothy Hunter 4081 S. Eagle Ct. Aurora, CO 80014 no later than the Monday prior to the tournament.

2008 POSTING RULES
Scores for all tournaments must be posted by NOON the following Tuesday after tournament play. A posting report will be run on Tuesday afternoon showing everyone who posted scores to help expedite the tournament results. Golfers failing to post their score or their score is not recorded in the GHIN system by the deadline will be notified by email. The handicap chairperson will post these scores. DO NOT POST THOSE SCORES as this will cause them to be posted twice. Please make sure when you are posting at all other courses, except our home course, that you enter your GHIN number and name correctly. This will cause your score not to post to GHIN if your name and GHIN number don’t match.

Please keep up with the group in front of you. It is everyone's responsibility to remind slow players that they need to keep the pace. Please inform a Board member if someone isn't keeping up. Thank you.

Scorecards that are not properly dated and signed by the scorer and attesting persons will be disqualified and will not be eligible for prizes for that tournament. You cannot be the scorer for your own scorecard. You cannot be the scorer for your own scorecard but can attest to it.
